Nathaly Machado teaches the kind of class people come back to for years — not because it is the hardest, but because of how it makes them feel.
We met on a Tuesday morning in Cedofeita, the studio still warm from the first session of the day. “A good class has a shape,” she says. “The first ten minutes decide everything.”
For Nathaly, teaching is less about the workout than the room — who is in it, how they arrive, and how they leave. That, she says, is what keeps Porto’s movement scene running: trust, built one class at a time.
